Product Introduction:
BMC-630V five-axis vertical machining center adopts a stable C-shaped structure, a high-rigidity base to support the rotation of the swinging B and C axes, and the X/Y axis uses the design of a cross slide, and is equipped with a high-speed electric spindle and a direct-drive CNC turntable as standard, which can be used for precision milling of complex curved surfaces and polyhedral parts. It is suitable for new energy vehicle motors, gearboxes, engines, molds, robots, medical equipment and other manufacturing industries.
Features:
1) Siemens 840D CNC system;
2) Five-axis linkage milling machining, precision cutting of complex parts, one-time clamping, reduce workload;
3) B and C turntable double direct drive rotary shaft, built-in large torque motor, high precision, high dynamic response, good accuracy retention;
4) The milling spindle adopts BT40-12000r/min and the torque is 70Nm, which greatly improves the machining efficiency and machining accuracy, and reduces the noise and vibration of the machine tool;
5) The spindle is circulated by an external water cooler to control the temperature rise of the spindle;
6) Adopt 24 disc tool magazine, compact structure, reliable performance, and rapid tool change;
7) Precision high-speed roller guide rails, ball screws, imported lead screw bearings to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of machine tools;
8) Linear guide rail and ball screw adopt centralized trace grease lubrication system to solve the problem of waste oil pollution, avoid the problem of cutting fluid deterioration caused by oil mixing, and prolong the maintenance cycle.
