Product Introduction:

BL25 is a high-speed and high-precision CNC lathe, the machine tool is equipped with an electric spindle, a 12-station servo-hydraulic turret, and a high-rigidity roller linear guide.

Features:

1) Adopt flat bed and inclined bed saddle structure, and the internal rib shape is optimized by three-dimensional design software to improve the rigidity and stability of large parts and the whole machine. The bed, saddle and skateboard are made of high-strength cast iron, which is treated twice to eliminate stress, with high strength and good shock absorption, which effectively inhibits the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.

2) The spindle adopts the electric spindle structure, the spindle has high speed, good rigidity and fast dynamic response. The built-in electric spindle cancels the pulley design to avoid vibration, and improves the roundness and the accuracy of the machined surface;

3) Twelve-station hydraulic servo turret, fast tool change speed and high precision

4) The roller guide rail and ball screw pair adopt centralized automatic oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil into each lubrication part to ensure the uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduces the friction resistance, improves the motion accuracy, and ensures the service life of the ball screw pair and the guide rail.
