Product Details
1.This machine is designed and manufactured with high-quality cast iron and box-shaped structure. After proper annealing, the internal stress is eliminated and the material becomes tough. In addition, the box-shaped structure design and high-rigidity fuselage structure make the machine have sufficient rigidity and strength. The whole machine exhibits the characteristics of heavy cutting ability and high reproducibility accuracy.
2. The base and the machine head are integrated box-shaped structure, thickened rib wall and multi-layer rib wall design, which can effectively suppress thermal deformation, withstand static and dynamic deformation and deformation stress, and ensure high rigidity and stability of high bed.
3. The column adopts a unique wall plate + moving column structure, coupled with the X-direction three-guide rail design, which provides strong cutting capacity and ensures the stability of the machine tool in the cutting state.
4. Servo spindle motor: high-precision, high-rigidity spindle head, this machine adopts high-horsepower spindle servo motor. Spindle bearing: NSK NN series bearing. The bearing provides superior axial and radial loads to ensure long-term heavy cutting. It has excellent accuracy, stability, low friction, good heat dissipation and spindle support rigidity.
5.X/Z servo motor: AC servo motor and large diameter ball screw (accuracy C3 level, pre-stretching mode, can eliminate thermal expansion, improve rigidity) direct drive, no belt drive cumulative error, high repeatability, high positioning accuracy, support bearing using high-precision angular contact ball bearing.
6.X/Z linear guide: using Taiwan HIWIN ultra-heavy-duty high-rigidity and low-friction coefficient linear guide, which can achieve high-speed feeding, reduce guide rail wear and extend the accuracy of the machine tool. This kind of linear guide has a small coefficient of friction and fast response speed, which can show high machining accuracy requirements, and can also achieve high-load cutting.
7. Turret: imported horizontal eight-station, the power source adopts hydraulic servo motor, fast and wear-free, the positioning adopts the toothed positioning disc made in Japan, the positioning accuracy is 5 grades, and the repeatability is 3 grades. In addition, the high rigidity of the toothed positioning disc enables stable machining accuracy of the workpiece.
8. Electric box: The electric box is equipped with a heat exchanger to ensure the stability of the system. The external wiring part has a protective coil, which is heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and water-resistant.
9. Lubrication system: The automatic decompression lubrication system of this machine concentrates the oil supply in the middle, adopts the advanced decompression intermittent oil supply system, and conducts timely and appropriate oil supply to each lubrication point in a timely, quantitative, constant pressure and shunt manner, so as to ensure that each lubrication position is lubricated, so that the machine can run for a long time without worries.
10. Fully dense sheet metal: Under the current strong requirements for environmental protection and operator safety, sheet metal design focuses on aesthetics, environmental protection and ergonomics. The fully sealed sheet metal design completely prevents cutting fluid and chips from splashing outside the machine, keeping the machine surroundings clean.
