Product Description :

1. The main body
and main components are made of high-grade cast iron FC-30. After artificial normalizing heat treatment, it is then subjected to natural aging treatment. The main components are processed by world-class equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB, etc. The accuracy size can reach the micron level, which ensures the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.

2. The grinding wheel spindle
adopts an electric spindle, which has the characteristics of high speed, high precision, high rigidity, low vibration, low noise and low temperature rise. The drive system is cooled by a water-cooled system to ensure that the grinding wheel head always works in a thermally stable state. Cutting efficiency doubled. According to the processing requirements, the electric spindle with different speeds of 24000-60000rpm can be selected to achieve high-speed, high-precision and high-efficiency grinding of the workpiece. For workpieces with deep inner circles, a one-piece spindle can be customized to achieve precision grinding.

3. The CNC system
adopts the German Siemens 828D CNC system, after secondary development, the operation interface is convenient, and it is equipped with Siemens high-performance servo motor, so that the equipment CNC system and transmission system have better compatibility, and at the same time, it has the functions of automatic sand repair and automatic compensation to ensure that the stability and accuracy of feed and grinding are improved.
(1) Digitalization of processing, improve accuracy, establish standardization, and ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.
(2) The system panel is made of magnesium alloy die-casting, which is strong and durable. The system buttons have a protective film and are IP65 protected.
(3) The system does not need batteries, the data is stored permanently, there is no need for cooling fans, and the motor encoder does not need batteries to remember the position.
(4) Ethernet interface, USB (online processing) CF card has no capacity limit. The machining of the machine can be monitored online by the host computer. The programs in the USB and CF cards can be edited and modified at will on the CNC system.

5. Workpiece headstock The workpiece
headstock adopts sleeve bearing spindle, which can realize rapid movement in the X-axis direction, with the fastest speed of up to 10m/min and the feed resolution up to 0.001mm. The headstock spindle can be equipped with film chuck, hydraulic three-jaw chuck and other chuck tooling and roller sand trimming device.

6. Automatic lubrication systemThe
guide rail of the machine tool and the precision ball screw are continuously lubricated by the automatic lubrication system to ensure a longer service life and maintain the best accuracy for a long time. The cooling system is separated from the fuselage to eliminate the effects of vibration and facilitate heat dissipation.
