First, the main structure of the equipment

This machine tool is a CNC fixed beam gantry machining center that absorbs the gantry frame structure designed by foreign technology, the column is fixed on the side of the bed, the beam is fixed on the two columns, and the ram type boring and milling head (spindle) is installed on the beam, which forms a gantry frame symmetrical structure, which has high thermal symmetry, high rigidity of the whole machine, good stability, high dynamic and static characteristics, and high positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The three axes of linear motion of the machine are:

(1) Longitudinal movement of the worktable (X coordinate axis)

(2) The saddle moves along the beam (Y axis)

(3) Ram axial movement (Z-axis)

2. Machine tool spindle

The main drive uses the spindle AC servo motor as the power source, and transmits the power to the spindle group through the gearbox. The spindle group is made by a well-known brand in Taiwan, with high precision and high performance. The gearbox and spindle group have constant temperature cooling to ensure that the ram temperature is uniform, improve the stability of the spindle accuracy and the machining accuracy of the machine tool, and the spindle box components adopt a double hydraulic cylinder balance mechanism to ensure the stability of the movement of the headstock.

3. Feed each axis

X-axis drive - the servo motor drives the ball screw through the reducer to speed down, drives the worktable to move back and forth on the bed, realizes the X-axis feed movement, and pre-stretches the lead screw to improve the stiffness of the lead screw pair.

Y-axis drive - the servo motor drives the ball screw through the reducer to reduce the speed and drive the saddle to move left and right on the beam to realize the Y-axis feed movement.

Z-axis drive - the servo motor drives the ball screw through the coupling, and drives the spindle box to move up and down on the saddle to achieve Z-axis feed. And the Z-axis motor has an automatic brake function, in the case of power failure, the automatic brake will hold the motor shaft tightly, so that it can not rotate. This shaft adopts a double hydraulic cylinder balance mechanism to ensure the stability of the ram movement.

4. Basic components

The bed, worktable, column, beam, ram and saddle and other large parts of the machine tool are made of high-quality iron castings, and have been aged many times. The overall structure design of the machine tool adopts FEM finite element analysis and optimization technology in order to obtain high rigidity. The bed and workbench of this machine tool are closed box-shaped structures, and the reinforcing ribs are reasonably arranged, and multi-point support methods are adopted; The column and beam are large cross-sections, and the reinforcing ribs are arranged vertically and horizontally, which have sufficient bending and torsional strength and high rigidity of the foundation parts, which can meet the requirements of heavy-duty cutting.

5. Machine tool guide rail

X-axis guide rail pair - two heavy-duty linear guide rails are adopted, the friction coefficient is small, the worktable sensitivity is high, the high-speed vibration is small, the low-speed no crawling, the positioning accuracy is high, and the servo drive performance is excellent; At the same time, the bearing capacity is large, the cutting vibration resistance is good, which can improve the performance characteristics of the machine tool, improve the precision and precision stability of the machine tool and the service life of the machine tool.

Y-axis guide rail pair - three heavy-duty linear guide rails are adopted, the beam adopts a large cross-section, and the guide rail is arranged in a stepped manner, which has sufficient bending stiffness and torsional stiffness.

Z-axis guide rail - two heavy-duty linear guide rails are used to ensure smooth cutting during machining.

6. Machine tool hydraulic system and lubrication system

The main control components of the hydraulic system are all well-known domestic brands, and the balance is reliable.

7. Machine tool cooling system and chip removal system

The cooling system of the machine tool adopts external cooling, and its coolant is an emulsified non-corrosive liquid.

8. Machine tool guards

The bed guide rail (X-axis) adopts anti-rust metal telescopic protective cover.

9. Electrical system

The machine adopts Siemens 828D CNC system, equipped with 10.4" color LCD display + MDI operation panel; The front of the display has a CF card interface and a USB interface, and the back has an Ethernet interface and RS232C interface for communication, and the operation interface is Chinese display (English can be selected).
