Mainly used in petrochemical, boiler, wind power, flange and other industries of drilled tube sheets, partitions, flanges, large plates, can also be used in buildings, bridges, heat exchange, towers and other industries of connecting plates.
Features:
1. Both sides of the bed are respectively equipped with heavy-duty linear roller guide pairs. The longitudinal movement on both sides of the gantry is synchronously driven by AC servo motors and large pitch precision ball screw pairs.
2. There are two movable slides on the gantry beam. The slide is guided by two pairs of linear roller guides, which are respectively driven by an AC servo motor and a large pitch precision ball screw pair.
3. The slide table on the beam is equipped with a vertical CNC feed ram drilling spindle, and the spindle adopts a heavy-duty special frequency conversion motor. The motor drives the spindle via a timing belt. The drill shaft adopts Taiwan precision spindle (internal coolant), disc spring automatic broaching mechanism, hydraulic cylinder loose knife, and easy to change the tool handle.
4. This machine is equipped with a hydraulic system to complete the hydraulic balance of the vertical ram and the hydraulic loosening of the spindle.
5. Siemens numerical control system, equipped with RS232 interface and LCD screen. The automatic programming provided not only automatically generates the machining program, but also previews the hole position before drilling.
6. Equipped with chain plate automatic chip conveyor and chip collection trolley. The cooling system is equipped with a paper filter, a high-pressure internal coolant pump and a low-pressure external coolant pump for internal or external cooling of the tool.
