This series of CNC horizontal lathes are suitable for processing all kinds of metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials of shafts, discs, shell parts of the outer circle, outer curved surface, inner hole, end face, hole and cone, spherical rough turning, semi-finishing turning, fine turning and curved surface, various R arc processing, threading, etc., through CNC programming, can automatically complete the internal and external cylindrical surface, internal and external conical surface, end face, step roughing, fine turning and internal and external threads, tapered threads, multi-head threads, metric inch threads rough, finishing.
The bed is made of high-quality gray cast iron (HT300) resin sand molding, which is quenched and ground by medium frequency. The hardness of the guide rail is higher than that of HRC52-58, the moving guide rail pair is pasted with a crawling PTFE soft belt, and the chip removal method is 45° rear chip removal. The main drive system is driven by the main motor, and the motor and the transmission mechanism are connected by a narrow V-belt. The spindle is equipped with an encoder, which realizes constant linear speed cutting and feed per revolution control and thread turning. The spindle has any threading function. Tool holders, ball screws, bearings, centralized lubrication, etc. are all well-known brands at home and abroad to ensure the machining accuracy and rigidity of the machine tool.
