The machine adopts a 45° integral inclined bed structure, equipped with high-precision preloaded Taiwan linear rolling guide. The servo motor is connected directly to the screw rod by means of a high-torque, low-inertia elastic coupling. The screw rod support adopts a pre-stretching structure, which can eliminate the transmission backlash, and pre-compensate for the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy during the long-term operation of the machine tool to ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; The machine tool has high positioning accuracy and smooth chip removal, which is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
The use of high-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity cassette spindle unit and servo spindle motor can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a thermostatic chamber. After assembly, it runs at a constant temperature for 72 hours, and then runs continuously on the machine for 72 hours to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.
