The GZ series of PLC-controlled fully automatic metal cutting bandsaws from FULUCNC is a robust, modern shop saw for precise sawing of medium diameters. All operating switches are clearly grouped on the touch screen and control panel. The main feature of the machine is fully automatic control. Using PLC touch screen panel, it can adjust the feed of the saw frame, adjust the speed of the saw blade steplessly, and process the workpiece hydraulically. The powerful automatic feeding does not require any electronics or programming and still provides high repeatability and dimensional accuracy.

The GZ series band saws are designed for straight cutting of large workpieces made of steel, cast iron and other metals. The rigid two-column frame is very stable and the main drive is achieved by means of a low-maintenance V-belt. The workpiece clamping and saw frame stroke are hydraulically driven.
