Introduction
This machine tool is a high-speed, high-precision, high-reliability flat bed CNC machine tool. The main components such as the bed frame, bed and headstock are all cast with high-strength materials to ensure the long-term stable operation of the machine tool.
The machine adopts a flat bed structure and is equipped with high-precision preloaded Taiwan linear rolling guide. The servo motor is directly connected with the screw rod through a high-torque, low-inertia elastic coupling. The screw rod support adopts a pre-stretched structure, which can eliminate the backlash of the transmission, prevent the impact of compensating thermal deformation on the long-term operation accuracy of the machine tool, and ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; The machine tool has high positioning accuracy and smooth chip removal, which is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
The use of high-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity cassette spindle unit and servo spindle motor can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a thermostatic chamber. After assembly, it runs at a constant temperature for 72 hours, and then runs continuously on the machine for 72 hours to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.
The arrangement method is adopted, the tool change speed is fast, and the positioning accuracy is high.

4. The linear guide rail adopts the design of 4-row roller type 45° contact angle and high rigidity section, which has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, low friction, good rigidity, low noise and good lubrication effect.
5. Each lubrication point adopts a forced automatic lubrication device to carry out fixed-point quantitative lubrication of the screw rod and guide rail. When there is an abnormal state or insufficient oil quantity, an alarm signal will be automatically generated, and the work will be stable and reliable.
