CK series machines are mature products that the company mainly exports. The whole machine has compact structure, beautiful appearance, large spindle torque, good rigidity, stable and reliable performance, and good accuracy retention.
The optimized design of the headboard is suitable for rotating discs and shaft parts. It can machine straight, round, metric and inch threads, as well as multi-head threads. It can be applied to turning discs and shaft parts with complex shapes and high machining accuracy.
The guide rail of the machine tool and the saddle guide rail are made of hard guide rails made of special materials, which are treated by high-frequency quenching, which are super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and have good machining accuracy retention.
The numerical control system adopts GSK980TC3 system, domestic ball screw and high-precision screw bearing.
The high-precision spindle bearing group and the spindle of precision assembly and dynamic balance test are used to ensure that the spindle has high precision, low noise and strong rigidity.
The guide rail of the machine tool and the saddle guide rail are made of hard guide rails made of special materials, which are treated by high-frequency quenching, which are super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and have good machining accuracy retention. The guide rail is equipped with a scraping device to prevent the guide rail from being corroded by iron filings and coolant, which is convenient for the cleaning of iron filings.

The working principle of turbine worm transmission is adopted, the upper and lower sprockets are meshed, and the screw is clamped, which has the advantages of fast indexing, high positioning accuracy and large tangential torque. 3. K11 series three-jaw self-centering chuck, short cylindrical connection, integral jaw (positive and negative pairs), K11A/C/D type jaw is a separate jaw, which can be adjusted forward and reverse.
4. High efficiency, high precision, fast speed, good rigidity, long life, low energy consumption, high synchronization, simple maintenance and simple user operation.
5. The hydraulic tailstock adopts manual (or hydraulic) processing of the workpiece of adjustment, manual locking.
6. Each lubrication point adopts a forced automatic lubrication device to carry out fixed-point quantitative lubrication of the screw rod and guide rail. When there is an abnormal state or insufficient oil quantity, an alarm signal will be automatically generated, which is stable and reliable.
