BL20-HSY is a high-speed and high-precision turning and milling center, the machine is equipped with double electric spindles, 12-station servo power tool holders, high-rigidity roller linear guides, with Y-axis function and double C-axis function, which can complete the turning and milling of workpieces. It is especially suitable for the turning and milling of all or most of the processes in one clamping of parts.

1) Adopt flat bed and inclined bed saddle structure, and the internal rib shape is optimized by three-dimensional design software to improve the rigidity and stability of large parts and the whole machine. The bed, saddle and skateboard are made of high-strength cast iron, which is treated twice to eliminate stress, with high strength and good shock absorption, which effectively inhibits the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.
2) The headstock and sub-headstock adopt electric spindle structure, with high spindle speed, good rigidity and fast dynamic response, which improves the roundness and surface accuracy of machining. The column type double electric spindle structure can exchange the workpiece under the condition of high-speed rotation, and with the 12-station servo tool holder, it can realize the processing of all or most of the processes of the workpiece, which greatly saves the clamping and processing time, and improves the processing efficiency.
