The controller who requires maintenance not only has common sense of machinery, processing technology and hydraulics, but also has common sense of electronic computers, automatic control, drive and measurement technology, etc., and does a good job of daily maintenance and maintenance together with the understanding of the equipment, so as to prevent equipment problems in daily operations, and what should be paid attention to in maintenance operations.
1. Select a suitable application environment to ensure the hygiene of the equipment site to prevent dust from entering the parts and affecting the tightness of the processed parts. The operating environment of the equipment will also affect the normal operation of the machine tool, so the device conditions and requirements that meet the rules of the machine tool manual should be strictly complied with when installing the machine tool.
Second, the daily maintenance of CNC lathes should be equipped with CNC system programming, operation and maintenance personnel. These personnel should understand the mechanical, numerical control system, strong electrical equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic pressure and other characteristics of the machine tool used, as well as the application environment, processing conditions, etc., and be able to use it correctly according to the requirements of the machine tool and the system operation manual.
3. Clean up in time. Such as air filter, electrical cabinet cleaning, printed circuit board cleaning. The inspection of the machine tool cable is mainly to check whether the moving joints and bends of the cable have poor contact, broken wire and short circuit.
Fourth, the parameter memory of some CNC systems adopts CMOS components, and the stored content is insisted on being powered by batteries when the power is off. When presenting a low-voltage alarm, the battery should be replaced in time, and it should be carried out in the state of power on the control system, otherwise the storage parameters will be lost, resulting in the CNC system can not operate.
Fifth, do not give the daily maintenance of CNC lathes for a long time. When the equipment is not in use, the numerical control system should be energized frequently, and when the machine tool is locked, it should be run dry. In the rainy season with high air humidity, the electricity should be turned on every day, and the heat of the electrical components themselves should be used to drive away the moisture in the CNC cabinet to ensure that the performance of electronic components is stable and reliable.
