1. When entering the linear rail CNC machine tool, it should be installed in a place far away from the shock source, not exposed to direct sunlight, no thermal radiation and no humidity. If there is an earthquake source near the place where the equipment is installed, a seismic ditch should be installed around the equipment. If the anti-vibration groove is not installed, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability, and over time, it will affect the poor contact of electronic components and cause failure.

Second, the inclined bed CNC lathe is generally installed in the processing workshop, and the mechanical equipment in the processing workshop is numerous, which will inevitably lead to large fluctuations in the power grid, so it is necessary to strictly control the voltage and current of the power supply in the installation position. The voltage and current of the power supply need to be controlled within the allowable range of the equipment, and the voltage and current of the power supply must be kept stable, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the equipment.

3. The inclined bed CNC lathe is generally at an ambient temperature and humidity lower than 30 °C, which will directly affect the normal operation of the equipment, and the distribution box of the equipment is equipped with exhaust fans and air coolers to ensure that the electronic parts and the central processing work at a constant temperature. If the temperature and humidity are too high, the life of the components of the control system will be reduced, leading to an increase in failures for no reason. If the humidity increases, dust will increase on the integrated circuit board, which will directly lead to poor contact and short-circuit failures.

Fourth, the factory parameter setting user can not change the factory parameter setting of the machine tool at will, because these factory parameter settings directly the dynamic characteristics of each component of the equipment, only the gap compensation parameter value can be set according to the actual situation.
