Product Details
TK65 series gantry milling and boring machine is T-shaped moving column type, side-mounted headstock structure: the bed is an integral T-shaped type. The workbench moves laterally along the front bed for the X axis, the column is fixed on the slide, the slide moves longitudinally along the rear bed guide rail for the Z axis, the spindle box moves along the vertical direction of the column guide rail for the Y axis, and the boring axis moves axially for the W axis.
The overall structure design of the machine tool adopts FEM finite element analysis to carry out reasonable reinforcement layout, so as to ensure that it has high rigidity and stability.
All the basic large parts are made of high-quality gray cast iron, resin sand casting process, and twice aged.
peculiarity
1. The main transmission system adopts CNC direct drive near-zero transmission technology, with few transmission parts and high transmission accuracy. The high-torque AC servo motor directly drives the spindle, with low energy consumption, low noise, low failure rate and easy maintenance. The spindle has a large speed regulation range and a large torque output;
2. The patented technology of short cylindrical rolling rotary workbench significantly improves the support capacity and reliability of the workbench;
3. The servo feeding devices of each coordinate axis are all driven by AC servo motors, and are supported by preloaded ball screws and special angular contact group bearings;
4. The headstock adopts nitrogen balance system, which is more stable, reliable and safe;
5. The built-in patented technology of the drag chain can effectively protect the pipeline operation system, reduce the failure rate, and improve the overall aesthetics.
